Coaching Structure :

  • A “Package” pre-session welcome pack. This is designed to help you to identity what is holding you back in life and kick start the process to you making positive changes in your life and help you make sustainable, long termchanges.13
  • Clients will receive weekly assignments, reflective exercises or tools to incorporate within their lifestyle. These assignments are deemed important to the development of the individual’s coaching progress and should be completed/reviewed before the next coaching session takes place.
  • During the week, I will be in touch with my clients and vice versa through whichever method of communication is considered most convenient for the client.
  • You can work with me as your coach for one to six months (or longer if needed).

How important it is to maintain balanced lifestyle in today’s fast paced world?

To maintain balanced lifestyle is at most important. The next question on mind, which is the best way to maintain balanced lifestyle?  well there are so many ways and to be frank there is absolute no right or wrong way.  Every persons comfort is different from each other.

However it is crucial that you find the balance that is convenient and something that you enjoy the most. The thumb rule of a balanced lifestyle is not to compare yourself with anyone across, these days we are more often found scrolling through Facebook or Instagram and comparing ourselves to others that seem to living a healthy lifestyle.

Stop being harsh on yourselves, remember everyone has their own journey to walk. To live a balanced life, doesn’t happen overnight, it is every small step that adds up to final result.

Sharing few tips that I personally try following for a balanced lifestyle:

  • Taking care of oneself – Taking care of oneself is not been selfish. Our body needs good rest, exercises and healthy food. Ensure you take some time out of your busy day to enjoy activities, unwind by reading and meditating.
  • Discipline & an been organised – It is important to have a plan in mind , allowing time for your tasks and making room for activities you enjoy. I have personally experienced, being organised actually reduces stress and improves your life .
  • Set goals and be committed to your goals –  When you have set a goal , be committed to achieve your goal . Your goal can cover anything from your career, finance , fitness or relationship.
  • Eat right – Our body needs healthy food and nutrition’s to create new cells, clean toxins and function properly.

Personal empowerment is about looking at who we are and becoming more aware of ourselves as a unique individuals. Self-Awareness

Self-awareness involves understanding our individual character and how we are likely to respond to situations. This helps us to build on our positive qualities and be aware of any negative traits which may reduce our effectiveness.

Values

Values are opinions or beliefs that are important to us but of which we are not always aware. Our values are important to us as individuals .They can be any kind of belief or perceived obligation, anything we prefer and for any reason. The reasons we may prefer one thing over another, or choose one course of action over another, may not always be obvious or known; there may be no apparent reason for our values.

Skills

An individual’s skills are the main resource which enables them to achieve their desired goals. Skills can be gained through experience, practice, education and training. It is only by developing such skills that individual values can be translated into action.

Information

Knowledge or information is necessary in the development of self-awareness and skills. Knowing where to find appropriate information is in itself an essential skill. Without information, the choices open to people are limited, both in their personal and working lives.

Goals

Setting goals is a means by which an individual can take charge of their life. The process of setting a goal involves people thinking about their values and the direction that they would like their lives to follow. Choices are made through reflection followed by action. Goals should always be both specific and realistic.

Few years back I was just another girl among the crowd however I have understood my strengths and weakness and accordingly made best use of them. Dream big! This amazing feeling when we go to bed knowing that we will be able to now disconnect from the real world and start thinking of ways to turn our desires into a reality is a space we wish we could stay in forever. Perhaps a dream is a place where we achieve the impossible too. Isn’t this just WOW? Now I have a question—why is it that we are able to dream the impossible but not achieve the impossible in reality?

Have you ever watched a spider weave a web? When on the mission to weave the web, the spider works slowly and with great care. Many times  the spider tries to throw the thread from one edge to another, It falls while weaving but doesn’t give up, and it tries again and again  and finally succeeds in weaving the web.  I personally like the perseverance of the spider. It inspires and gives me the lifetime goal of never giving up and to keep trying.

I see many people in this world give up even before they try.  The real setback in life is not trying. “Give yourself a chance to yourself, try and fail but don’t fail without trying”. If you want to conquer your fears and achieve something in life, the spider’s path is exactly the path you should take when on a task. You may fail several times while on the path and might feel things aren’t working but the truth is while what you expect might not be working however there are many other elements that are in one way or another working without you being aware. We can overcome such obstacles only when we train our mind to think positive and project good thoughts because it is very important to know that what we send out to the universe, we get back. Every time you fail, you need to find the gap and an absolute new way that leads to your due success.

Times of struggle will teach you how to remain in the face of unimaginable adversities. That being said, you should ensure that you are on the right path and truly working to make your dreams a reality. I personally believe a dream will not let you sleep until you have fulfilled your dream.

At every moment, you should live in the present and understand the need of the hour. Know the resources you need to make the goals a reality. Along with this, the tasks may also have some unrealistic elements. Get away from them. They waste lot of your precious time and give nothing in return.

Make a choice

The choice you make today gives you an opportunity to walk ahead and grow big, or you could remain small, unknown, and just one among the crowd. Do you really want to be just mediocre?

When you are given an opportunity to make a choice and you don’t make a choice, you lead a life full of deep regret and heartbreak. Remember that it is not every time that an opportunity will knock on your door. When it knocks, just grab it and make the best use of it. Nothing can be more damaging than refusing the opportunity which came your way, which was your dream but you didn’t accept.

Keep working towards your goals

Nothing in life comes easy. When you have a clear vision in life, things will move in the direction of your vision only when you put the extra effort. Make the best use of each moment of your time and opportunities because it will decide your victory in every endeavor of your life. Remember, there are no substitutes to hard work.

Lesson from the past mistakes

“A mistake is not a failure but repeating the same mistake definitely failure”. Learn from your past mistakes, ideally the path to success is the lesson you learn from the past mistakes. Failure is a great teacher, one you ought  to learn from. So the next time you fail, pause and see that you aren’t repeating same the mistake.

People often succumb under the pressure of difficulties. The truth is everyone at several points will face difficulties. The magnitude of the difficulties has nothing to do with you worrying over them. Instead, sometime all you need to do is sip a cup of your favorite beverage and watch the sky. Difficulties will not go if you have frown on your face, rather if you are at peace of mind you could do wonders. Never let the problem overpower you – this is a secret that will help you overcome obstacles no matter how big.  Nothing can stop a person with firm determination and true grit.
